Raheen GAA Club Notes

LOTTO

The numbers drawn in Monday [03^rd December] night’s Lotto were  06 18 23 27. There was no Jackpot Winner of €9,200 and 1 Match 3 Winner  [Antoinette Feery C/O T Feery] [€200]. Next week’s draw will take place in Murphy’s, Cloneygowan on Monday 17^th December 2012.

CLUB AGM

There was a large turnout at the AGM of Raheen GAA which took place on Tuesday of last week 04^th December in the clubhouse Geashill . There were many issues discussed and agreed upon. The following officers were elected : Chairman – John Hackett;  Vice Chairman – Niall Carthy ; Secretary – Eddie Kaye  ; Ass Secretary – Padraig Direen; Treasurer – Owenie Connor ; Ass Treasurer –  Matthew O’Byrne ; PRO – Ray Garry ; County Board Delegates:  Ger Plunkett, John Hackett & Ray Garry. The following Committee members were also elected : Paddy Bracken, Johny Byrne, John Garry, Pauric Pierce, Padraig Direen, P J Corcoran, Declan Costello, Brendan Byrne, Mariena Corcoran & Sean Carthy (President).

MEMBERSHIP

Members are asked to renew their membership as soon as possible but all membership must be paid by the end of January 2012. This year again there are 2 membership options. Option 1 includes entry in our weekly club lotto draw and Subscriptions are Playing Members €120, Students/ OAP’s & Non Playing Members €110. Option 2 is the same as previous years and Subscriptions are Playing Members €30, Students/ OAP’s €15 & Non Playing Members €20. Payments can be given to Club Treasurers Owenie Connor or Matthew O’Byrne. New members are very welcome.
