Division 1 Hurling League
Brosna Gaels played Tullamore in Doon last Saturday evening. The Gaels were defeated by a single point, on a scoreline of 1-14 to Tullamore’s 1-15.
The starting 15 were: Ger Spain, Jeffrey Cuskelly, Glenn Halligan, Karl Daly, Joe Higgins, Dean Bracken, Barry Buckley, Des Egan, Sean Hackett, Jason Devery, Fergal Daly, Alec Moony, Aaron Daly, Kevin Lynam, Alan Lynam. Subs: Ethan Keena for Aaron Daly
Brosna Gaels play St. Rynagh’s in their next League fixture in Banagher on Friday 17th June at 7:30pm
Hurling for National School Children
Coaching takes place on the pitch in Pullough on Wednesday evening will be from 5:30-6:30pm and in Ballycumber on Friday from 6:15 to 7:30pm.
Summer Camp
Application forms should be returned to any coach asap to ensure participation.
U10
The u10’s played Edenderry at home on Saturday last. A good performace by all.
U12
Their next fixture is against edenderry at home on Wednesday 22nd June at 7:30pm. Training for u12’s will take place on Saturday at 5pm
U14
The u14’s play Drumcullen in Rath on Friday 24th June at 7:30pm
Training for u14’s takes place on Saturday evenings and will alternate each week between Pullough and Ballycumber with a bus provided leaving Pullough and Ballycumber pitch at 5:10.
