Minor Football Championship

We Bowed out of the minor football championship when we were beaten by Ferbane on a scoreline of 0-9 to 0-5 at the quarter final stage played on an excellently prepared Ballycumber pitch last Saturday. We looked good at half time when having played very well we were only a point behind on a scoreline of 0-5 to 0-4. But we only managed one point in the second hald, and this isn’t good enough. The club would like to thank manager Padraig Moran and his selectors Garret Buckley, Derek Coyne, Noel Kelly, Aidan Stewart and Peter John Meehan
