Big Band Route 66 To Perform In Birr
Route 66, the North Kildare based 16 piece big band, will bring their brilliant Live in Concert show to Birr Theatre & Arts Centre for the first time this March.
This unique show on Saturday 25 March will take the audience on a musical trip from the 1940s right up to the present day including music by Glenn Miller, Sinatra, Tina Turner, Adele, Joe Dolan, Tom Jones and Amy Winehouse among others.

With a six strong brass section, four saxophones, great rhythm section and four singers lead by Birr man Dickie Donnelly this is a really fabulous show not to be missed.
This show has been receiving standing ovations at a host of theatres in Ireland over the past year and there is no doubt that the same will apply in Birr.
