Lotto: Numbers drawn were 5, 6, 17 and 20. There was no jackpot winner. Next week’s jackpot will stand at €9,700 which would be a very nice sum to win in the run up to Christmas. Three match 3 winners who each €50 are John Cashin, Mary Heffernan, Mary Dermody. Promoter’s Prize went to PAtsy Spain. Camogie: Hard Luck to the Drumcullen/Kinnitty minor camogie team who lost out by a point in the Minor B Final to the combined forces of Birr and Clareen in St Brendan’s Park on Saturday.

AGM: Drumcullen GAA Club AGM 2012 will be held on Friday, November 30 at 8pm in the Clubhouse. Nominations are now being sought for the various positions on the board. Please forward same to any committee member before 26th November

Minor Board AGM: Drumcullen GAA Minor Board AGM 2012 will be held on November 23 in the Clubhouse at 8pm. All Parents and Members are requested to attend.

Juvenile Cups: The Joe Dooley and Rigney Cup competitions will be played on Saturday, November 24 in Rath commencing at 12 noon. This year the format has changed and will be run among our U-14 and U-16 teams as a 7-a-side tournament. This is a great opportunity to come and support our local talent and view the skill and determination which these young players displayed during the year to reach two County Finals. All support would be greatly appreciated, and anyone wishing to assist the days events please contact Joe Troy or Micheal Carroll.

Congratulations: Congratulations to neighbours Kilcormac/Killoughey on reaching the Leinster Club Senior Final thanks to a gutsy win over Rathdowney/Errill of Laois in the semi-final. Drumcullen GAA Club wish them well in the final against the eventual winners of Ballyhale Shamrocks and Oulart the Ballagh.
