Drumcullen GAA Club
SHC: Drumcullen Senior Hurlers finished their championship season on a positive note as they saw of the challenge of Shamrocks in the relegation play-off on Saturday in Lusmagh.
Division 2 HL Final: Drumcullen await the winners of the second semi-final between Birr and Kilcormac/Killoughey in the League Final. That game is fixed for next Sunday at 2pm in Kinnitty.
Camogie: Hard luck to the Drumcullen Senior camogie team who lost out in the County Final to Shinrone on Saturday.
Lotto: Numbers drawn were 1, 6, 9 and 24. There was no jackpot winner. Two match 3 winners were Sophie Moran and Martin Ryan. Promoter’s Prize went to Rody Carroll. Next week’s jackpot stands at €8,950.
Committee Meeting: Next committee meeting is Thursday, November 1 at 8pm. This will be the last meeting before the AGM. Club players and members are invited to attend to discuss matters arising in 2012.
AGM: AGM is Friday, November 30 at 8pm. All players, members and supporters are requested to attend.
