Junior A Hurling Championship
Brosna Gaels defeated Birr on a scoreline of Brosna Gaels 5-15, Birr 1-9. Brosna Gaels play Belmont in Doon on Friday at 7:30pm
U16
The u16’s defeated Ballinamere Durrow on Monday evening in Ballycumber on a scoreline of Brosna Gaels 5-13, Ballinemere Durrow 1-11. Well done lads and thanks to Don and Kieran for all their work. The u16’s travel to play CRC Gaels on Monday 9th July at 7.30pm. They play Lusmagh at home on Monday 23rd July at 7:30pm
U14
Brosna Gaels u14’s play Shinrone at home on Friday 13th July at 7:30pm
On Friday 27th July they travel to play Tullamore at 7:30pm
Underage Coaching
Coaching for all national school children takes place on Tuesday evenings in Pullough from 6pm and in Ballycumber from 6;30pm. Coaching on Friday evenings in Doon from 6:30pm. U8, U10 and U12
Well done to the u8’s who took part in a blitz in Moystown last Monday and won both their matches!. The u10’s defeated Ferbane in Pullough on Tuesday evening. The u12’s travelled to Gracefield on Wednesday. Many thanks to all the parents and coaches involved. There will be no coaching in Pullough, Doon, or Ballycumber this week due to the summer camp.
Brosna Gaels School Of Hurling
The school of hurling takes place this week. All participants are asked to register from 9:30 on Wednesday morning. The camp takes place from 10am to 1pm each day, we will be in Doon on Wednesday, in Pullough on Thursday, in Tubber on Friday and in Ballycumber on Saturday. Many thanks to the clubs involved for their continued support. All participants are asked to bring a packed lunch, rain gear, hurls and helmets.
