Bowling Tournament:
Clara G.A.A. Bord Na Nog are running a Bowling Tournament in the Cosmic Bowl Tullamore on Tuesday 29th November, Wednesday 30th November & Thursday 1st December, with the proceeds going to finance the underage teams next year.
The times available are as follows, Tuesday 8-9p.m. & 9-10p.m. Wednesday 7-8p.m, 8-9p.m. & 9-10p.m. Thursday 6-7p.m. 7-8p.m & 8-9p.m. Each team is guaranteed 2 games of bowling. The entry fee for teams of 4 bowlers is €80, with the best 3 scores to count. There is also a competition for Junior Players (Under 18) and the entry fee for teams of 4 bowlers is €40 with the best 3 scores to count.
There will be 6 team prizes including a prize for the best placed all ladies team. There will also be 2 prizes for the junior teams. Presentation of prizes will take place in Baggot’s Back Door Lounge, Clara on Thursday night 1st December 2011 at 10p.m. For further details and entry forms, please contact Kevin Roe 087 – 2238107 or any member of the committee.
100 Euro ticket draw
A draw was held on Sunday night at Bingo for anybody who purchased a 100 Euro ticket earlier in the year. The five winners were: Teresa Deehan, Michael & Angela Sheridan, Jimmy Muldoon, Eamon Cunningham and Enda Guilfoyle
Leinster Club Hurling Final
The club would like to congratulate Coolderry on winning the Senior Leinster Hurling final on Sunday last.

Weekly Club Lotto
Weekly Lotto 26/11/2011-There was no winner of the weekly club Lotto jackpot. The winning numbers were 6-7-11-28. There were 6 match three winners. They were Bill Mann, Michael Guinan, Emma & Ciara, Becky Walsh Serry, Ann T Downes, and Christy Rock. Next weeks lotto takes place in Dolans and the Jackpot is €6800. Thanks to all who support our lotto and thanks to all our ticket sellers.

There will be a Monster Bingo held in the Clara GAA Social Centre this Sunday night at 8.15pm

Junior Leinster Quarter Final
Ard Scoil Chiarain defeated Tullamore College on Thursday 24th November on a score line of 4-7 to 3-7. The Ard Scoil team and scorers were: Sean O’Brien, Alan Gavin(1-1, 45’s), Leon Egan, Kieran Hartnett, Dermot Doolin, Gavin Carroll, Colm Doyle, Martin Fleming (0-1), David Newman, Stephen Buckley, Carl Stewart, Kevin O’Meara(0-3,0-2Frees), Seamus O’Brien (3-0), Darren Fleming, Luke Dignam (0-2).
