Intermediate Hurling Championship
Clara were well beaten by a superior Ballyskenagh side on a score line of 1-8 to 3-15. Played on an excellent prepared Kilcormac pitch last Friday evening. Trailing by 2-7 to 1-5 at half time we didn’t perform in the second half and were well beaten at the finish. The game was well refereed by Noel Flynn. The Clara team was: J Deehan, J Fleming, J O’Brien, L Monaghan, E Stones, P Deehan, S O’Brien, S Deehan, A Cronin, B Cushen (0-1), R Brady (0-2), K Meehan (0-1), D Scanlon (0-3), M Stones (0-1), M Hackett (1-0). Weekly Club Lotto
Weekly Lotto 13/08/2011-There was no winner of the weekly club Lotto jackpot. The winning numbers were 3-7-15-25. There were eight match three winners. They were Joe Mullen, Maurice Fitzsimons, Patsy Guinan, Brian Doorley, Maggie Byrne, Nuala Kinahan, Michael Gavin and The Plows. Next weeks lotto takes place in Baggots and the Jackpot is €4550. All Ireland Rounders
All Ireland Rounders will take place in Pairc Prioncias this Sunday at 12Noon.
Clara GAA Golf Classic
The Clara GAA Golf Classic will take place on the 19th of August in Esker Hills Golf Club. There will be two time slots. 10am – 12Noon and 2pm – 5pm. The format will be a 3 Ball Scramble and the price is €120 per team of 3
Teen Disco
There will be a Teen Disco on Saturday night from 8.30pm – 11.30pm in the GAA Social Centre. Adm is 5Euro. DJ Bundz.
