Brosna Comhaltas

Friday night last, saw night five of Comhaltas Seisiún in Clara Parochial Hall.  A great night of  Music ,Song, Dance and Storytelling was had by all present.  The Brosna crew put on the first part of the show including Junior and Senior set dancing, Singing from Junior and Senior members.  Irish Dancing and Sean Nós dancing.  The Circle of tunes also included interments such as the Harp, which features every week, Accordion, Banjos, Tin Whistles, Fiddle, Guitar, Flute, Concertina and the Drums.
Joe Monaghan was present and told some great stories.  All at the Brosna CCÉ Branch would like to wish him  the very best on his American Trip with Comhaltas.
The second half of the show saw loads of audience participation, with surprise visits including Junior and Senior Singing, Dancing, Sean Nós and much more.  Next week even promises to be another night of  Siamsaíocht  Ghaelach Náisiúnta agus Ceol na nGael.   The ladies in the kitchen were hard at work and made everyone present Tea and Refreshments during the break, where everyone got a chance to mingle and have a chat which is also part of  the great Irish Hospitality.
