Keen to live green? Livegreen.ie online resource for householders and families launched today

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has today launched the new Livegreen.ie online resource for householders and families.  Livegreen.ie provides trusted and reliable advice and guidance on a range of environmental and health matters, supporting the public in accessing up to date environmental information.

Speaking at the launch Laura Burke, EPA Director General said:
“Living green means making small changes at home or in our communities.  In turn, living green can make a big difference to our wellbeing – and your pocket – helping you to live a more sustainable lifestyle.

The choices we make at home influence our health and our environment, and that of our family and neighbours.  Households and their community can positively influence a healthier and more sustainable future.

A better future begins at home.”

Live Green was developed by the EPA with expert knowledge and advice from Healthy Ireland, Irish Water and the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland,

Livegreen.ie provides practical information across the following household themes:

  • Water Conservation
  • Waste Prevention
