Clara GAA Notes

Under 16 Football

Clara played Na Fianna on Monday last week and ran out winners on a scoreline of 1-18 to 0-10. Clara started better and playing into a strong wind, raced into a five point lead early in the first half. Both teams then exchanged points and as half-time approached Na Fianna began to get a foothold in the game. They scored four unanswered points to level the scores. With only minutes left in the first half Clara found the net and went in 1-09 to 0-09 up at the break.
