Tullamore Toastmasters Launches New Website

Tullamore Toastmasters have just launched a new website. The website consists of helpful information on upcoming events, meeting dates and news as well as a brief explanation of the Toastmasters International organization. The website also includes a blog which will be updated regularly with informative and inspiring Toastmasters related posts. The new website is part of an active campaign to progress the club and acquire new members. Although we have a fantastic attendance with new members joining each year we always love to see fresh faces arriving. Our new website can be accessed at www.tullamoretoastmasters.org.

The last Tullamore Toastmasters club meeting was enjoyed by all who attended. Topicsmaster Timothy Green did a fantastic job creating a vibrant topics session with a diverse range of subjects from hairstyles and fairytales to custard pie a wooden dinner knife (a challenging topic!) Well done to Gerard Cleary for his informative and eye-opening speech “when hunger strikes!” and to Catherine Ryan for her speech entitled “cut the clutter” and the many tips on how not to procrastinate!

Our next Toastmasters meeting takes place in the Tullamore  Court Hotel this Thursday 10th November at 8:30. As always the Tullamore Toastmasters club welcomes new members.
