Raheen GAA Club Notes 19th July

LOTTO
The numbers drawn in Monday [11th July] night’s Lotto were 06 25 26 28. There was no Jackpot winner of €5,200 and no Match 3 Winner. Next weeks draw will take place in Hamilton’s, Geashill on Monday 25th July.

JUNIOR HURLING CHAMPIONSHIP
Raheen’s Hurling Championship encounter against Kilcormac / Killoughey last Sunday was postponed as a mark of respect to the late Barry Lee.

INTERMEDIATE FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP
Following the Inter-County break Raheen Intermediate Footballers resume their Championship campaign and will be looking to secure their first win as they take on last year’s Junior champions Clonmore Harps in Clonbullogue this Sunday (24th July) at 12 Noon. Best of luck to players and management. All support would be appreciated.

JUNIOR B FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP
Raheen Junior Footballers continue their Championship campaign next Monday (25th July) @ 7:30pm as they travel to take on Ferbane in Ferbane. All support would be appreciated.

SYMPATHY
Raheen GAA Club would like to extend deepest and sincere sympathy to the family and wide circle of friends of the late Barry Lee, Ballydownan, Geashill following his tragic bereavement last weekend. Rest in Peace.

SOCIAL INITIATIVE
Raheen GAA Social Initiative Group’s Third Outing takes place on Monday 29 Aug 2011 with a trip to Athlone including a cruise on the River Shannon followed by Lunch in the Prince of Wales Hotel. Coach transport will be provided with a charge of €25 applying. The outing is open to all members of the community (young and old) in the catchment area of Raheen GAA And also neighbouring clubs.
