Tullamore Rugby Club Notes 6th Dec 2010

The bad weather caused the cancellation of all Rugby last weekend but the next two weeks will be busy for all teams in the club.
Tullamore are embarking on a 5 year process to update their club  history and have a reunion night each year for the launch of the updated history.

On 22nd Jan 2011 the first of these reunion nights will take place and Volume 1 of the History will be launched.
On the night the years that are being honoured and written about are 1941, 1946, 1951, 1956, 1961, 1966, 1971, 1976, 1981, 1986, 1991, 1996, 2001 and 2006.

In 2012 Volume 2 of the History will be launched and the years honoured will be 1937, 1942, 1947, 1952, 1957, 1962, 1967, 1972, 1977, 1982, 1987, 1992, 1997, 2002, 2007.

In 2013 Volume 3 of the History will be launched and the years honoured will be 1938, 1943, 1948, 1953, 1958, 1963, 1968, 1973, 1978, 1983, 1988, 1993, 1998, 2003, 2008.

In 2014 Volume 4 of the History will be launched and the years honoured will be 1939, 1944, 1949, 1954, 1959, 1964, 1969, 1974, 1979, 1984, 1989, 1994, 1999, 2004, 2009.

In 2015 Volume 5 of the History will be launched and the years honoured will be 1940, 1945, 1950, 1955, 1960, 1965, 1970, 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010.

All members and ex members and people associated with the years being honoured will be invited and are very welcome.
